For over 35 years our client has been transforming dinghy hulls into championship winning boats. Every aspect of the boat is covered with an in-house sail-loft producing state-of-the-art sails and bespoke covers, a comprehensive chandlery and a well-stocked and organised rigging department.
Our clients race prepared boats have won more World, European and National championships than any other boat builder, and their experience over numerous classes is respected across the world.
Experience is not essential but beneficial as this full-time position will include all the hands-on training.

- This role is responsible for fitting-out and rigging a range of dinghies: from simple training boats to complicated race-prepared dinghies
- The required candidate will have high standards, be keen on detail, understand sailors’ needs and approach their work with technical excellence.
- Boat repairs from simple dents and scratches to substantial repair work; understanding of repairing gelcoat will be helpful in this role.
- An interest in sailing would be an advantage but is not essential in this role.
