We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager for our clients Marine Equipment Division. Established over 5 years ago, this division aims to maintain and build a robust portfolio of brands, striving to become a leading distributor in the marine equipment and aftermarket sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth with their current clients/accounts. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and knowledge/understanding of the marine sector.
This role will involve visiting clients current and new throughout the UK (majority southern area) on a weekly basis - you must be available to travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities across the marine customers in non-retail channel
- Quarterly account reviews with key accounts to maximise business development with existing accounts
- Engaging with the technical support teams to ensure that customers support needs are met and ensuring that an excellent customer service is delivered
- Attend exhibitions both in an active selling role and as a fact-finding exercise.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, keeping them informed of sales performance and market dynamics.
