This is a pivotal, senior-level position where you'll take full ownership of the after-sales function, working across global markets to ensure first-class service delivery. This is a pivotal, senior-level position where you'll take full ownership of the after-sales function, working across global markets to ensure first-class service delivery. From process optimisation and customer relationships to team leadership and compliance, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and building long-term trust with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve robust after-sales processes, protocols and quality standards
- Manage multiple global service projects simultaneously, ensuring rapid fault diagnosis, issue resolution, and minimal vessel downtime
- Collaborate with international technical teams to handle equipment failures, customer queries and service escalations
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with shipowners, yards, agents and service partners – acting as a trusted technical point of contact
- Organise technical training for clients on system use, maintenance and emergency protocols
- Oversee spare parts management, supplier coordination and service cost control
- Lead and mentor a growing after-sales service team, driving a culture of technical excellence and customer-first thinking
- Ensure full compliance with maritime regulations (IMO, ISO etc.) and prepare detailed reports on service performance, customer satisfaction and market trends
