Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
- Assist with project coordination and scheduling
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Support procurement, invoicing, and internal reporting
- Maintain databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Previous administration experience in a technical, construction, or marine environment preferred
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
