We’re looking for an enthusiastic and structured professional with a technical background and proven experience in sales and dealer network management to join our fantastic client as their next Technical Sales and Dealer Manager. This exciting role blends direct customer sales support with the management and development of a well-established dealer network across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in the leisure marine and industrial sectors, delivering tailored technical solutions that meet their business needs and support long-term growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic outreach, driving sustainable expansion and increased market share
  • Oversee the performance and compliance of the dealer network, offering support and guidance to uphold brand standards and service quality
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, set clear targets, and consistently work to exceed them to ensure ongoing profitable growth
