Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and sequence daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient workflow on the shop floor
- Monitor output and performance in real time, proactively resolving deviations from the production plan
- Maintain and optimise stock levels to meet demand without overstocking or shortages
- Utilise shared production resources efficiently, based on priorities and timelines
- Communicate issues early, escalating potential constraints that could impact delivery
- Lead weekly schedule adherence reviews, identifying root causes for delays and driving corrective actions
- Maintain visual management and planning tools, keeping stakeholders aligned
