Experienced Shipwright – Gosport
Salary: £28,000–£37,000 per year
Type: Full-time, Permanent with early Friday finish

I’m working with a busy marine service provider in the Gosport area who are looking for a skilled Shipwright to join their hands-on team. This is a full-time, on-site role working on luxury yachts and motorboats up to 40m. 

You’ll be involved in a variety of shipwright tasks, including:

• Fitting interior bulkheads, panels, and fixtures
  
  
• Installing external fittings such as winches, cleats, windows, catches, and hatches
  
  
• Teak deck installation and re-caulking
  
  
• Bonding different materials with precision and understanding prep requirements
  
  
• Fitting deck hatches with attention to hinges, gas rams, and seals
  
  

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the luxury yacht industry
  
  
• Takes pride in their craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail
  
  
• Works well in a team and communicates effectively
  
  
• Understands and follows quality processes
  
  
• Can listen, understand, and follow instructions
