Marine resources are seeking a lead project manager to interface between the end user, the yards (both here and abroad.) the design team based here in the UK and other relevant parties including the other section PM’s that will report into you.
 
This is one of the most exciting projects to have appeared in years!
 
This lead PM is THE driving force in this project working on a  build that will be the largest of its kind ever.
 
With the design phase having been ongoing for the last 18 months it is now time to ramp up the production side. Eventually the team will up to 80 in numbers at the height of the project.
 
This role you will be based between Hampshire and Poland and you will be expected to work in both locations dependant on project requirements. Flexibility on working hours will be required at some project stages as expected.
 
An experienced and self-motivated senior project manager, you will have a wealth of experience in managing complex projects from the ground up. Possibly form either a marine project background or a civils/ offshore power background this a multifaceted role and will be both excellent and full on in equal measure!
 
Alongside the exceptional client interface skills the ability to understand the technical side quickly and liaise with the design team and other PM’s to keep the continuous improvement cycle and project on track are a must.
