Are you a dynamic and innovative digital marketer looking to make an impact in the leisure marine sector? Join a thriving team as a Senior Online Marketing Executive (maternity cover) and play a crucial role in shaping the online marketing strategy and digital lead generation efforts.

Our client operates right at the heart of the industry with a vision to be the finest marina operator in the UK.

This role involves managing a new Umbraco-platformed website and developing a CRM-linked communications program. In addition to supporting other team members managing local social media accounts.

The ideal candidate will be a digital native with a passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement. You should have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing tactical and strategic digital marketing activities. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you should be eager to gain a deep understanding of the customers, business operations, and the leisure marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of the products and services.
  • Manage the Umbraco-platformed website, ensuring it remains current and engaging for the audience.
  • Create and implement a CRM-linked communications program to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and marina-based teams, as well as digital marketing agency partners.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for various communication channels.
  • Support customer-facing event activities when necessary.
  • Continuously innovate and improve online marketing efforts.
Affinity with the leisure marine sector is desirable but not essential. flexibility to work from various marina sites and the option for some remote work.
