Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with experience in sales coordination, shipping, and export compliance? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading defence-sector manufacturer for a Sales, Shipping & Export Co-ordinator to join their growing commercial team in Segensworth.

This is a key role supporting both sales and operational functions ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, export documentation is compliant, and all shipments run smoothly across domestic and international markets. 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records across sales leads, customer interactions, and order progress.
  • Managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and ensuring all sensitive information is securely handled.
  • Coordinating the domestic and international shipment of products, including all associated documentation.
  • Liaising with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure secure, compliant transport.
  • Managing export licences, end-user certificates, and control documents via SPIRE and LITE.
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK Export Control Regulations, ITAR, EAR, and other international trade requirements.
  • Supporting internal and external compliance audits through accurate record-keeping and documentation control.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in sales coordination, export logistics, or international trade, ideally within the defence or aerospace sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Export Control Regulations and familiarity with SPIRE/LITE, ITAR, and EAR.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident handling confidential documentation such as NDAs and export licences.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable managing data integrity.
  • Eligible for, or already holding, the appropriate UK security clearance.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
