As a Sales Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client's sales efforts and strategy for growth and market expansion. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to establish new partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales metrics, and report progress to senior management.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical watersports clothing products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Manage and optimise the sales budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management within the technical apparel or sports industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for water sports and technical clothing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
