As a Sales Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client's sales efforts and strategy for growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to establish new partnerships and distribution channels.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales metrics, and report progress to senior management.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical watersports clothing products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Manage and optimise the sales budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and sales management within the technical apparel or sports industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for water sports and technical clothing is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analysis tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
