Key Responsibilities
- Support the purchasing process by raising purchase orders, managing supplier information, and maintaining accurate procurement records
- Work with the technical team to ensure incoming stock meets quality standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist in producing inventory reports to support business planning
- Use inventory software to track stock, manage reordering, and help forecast future needs
- Communicate with suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and build positive working relationships
- Assist in reviewing and improving procurement and inventory procedures as part of ongoing team development
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure stock availability supports customer demand
