This could be the job for you! We have a role as an Operations Manager, Fort Lauderdale, for a well-established company, operating in 12 different countries, to deliver bespoke yacht management services. 
 
The role will include supporting the President in the day-to-day management of office functions including team, operations and clients and delivering excellent service to its clients and helping develop the growing client base. You will also work
with other General Managers and Yacht Managers on strategic planning, ensuring industry best practices and implementing new initiatives.
 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Has excellent people and team management and leadership skills
  • Communications skills and the ability to liaise in a professional manner with Captains, colleagues and other contacts as may be required.
  • Builds strong collaborative relationships and will continually work to develop maintain and cement partnerships with internal and external customers.
  • Is a team player and has active cooperation, interpersonal awareness and is able to include others in processes or decisions to ensure win-win solutions.
  • Is flexible, open-minded and willing to learn.
  • Is organised, works well under pressure and ensures attention to detail.
