One of the leading powerboat manufacturers on the South coast and Europe are in a period of growth and need a key individual to be part of this exciting time within the organisation. What we need is an organized, proactive and strategically minded individual to assist with the day to day running of the business.  

As our client’s newest Office/Operations manager and right-hand person to the company director, you’ll be a pivotal member of the team, such as this role will suit someone who is meticulous, extremely organised and works well under pressure to manage multiple projects. You’ll be steering the ship, primarily in the Southampton office, but also contributing to their large production facility in Turkey.

We are very happy to look at a variety of backgrounds from EA/office management to project managers and event managers. The emphasis is strongly on being super organised and the ability to run many differing projects at once.

Key Responsibilities
  • To be the liaison cog of the business - with a strong business head and an excellent team spirit, coordinating day to day activities to ensure everyone is kept well-informed and updated of all relevant information and feel involved with the team
  • Run the office administration, from managing incoming enquiries and allocating appropriately as well as ensuring supplies of office equipment are available and in good working condition
  • Co-ordinate boat show schedules including the effective running of the stand at relevant boat shows, making sure it represents our clients as they wish to be, signing off the use of contractors with the CEO’s agreement and ensuring it is fully manned throughout the Boat Show
