Office Manager/Coordinator

One of the leading yacht services companies on the South Coast of the UK is looking for an Operations/Office Manager/ to join the business at an exciting time of growth and expansion.  Our client works with world class racing yachts alongside other sail and motor boats.
 
To fulfil this exciting new role, you will be proactive, adaptable and organised with a fun approach, acting as the centre pin and co-ordinator for the whole organisation, able to see the big picture and the detail as required.  You will have energy and determination with a collaborative approach.  You will have a vital and pivotal role and so need to be flexible and trustworthy.  We want to know that co-ordinating the business is safe and proactive in your hands!
 
Key objectives:
  • To be the liaison cog of the business - with a strong business head and an excellent team spirit, co-ordinating day to day activities to ensure everyone is kept well-informed and updated of all relevant information and feel involved with the team
  • Accountable for the consistent and disciplined use of HubSpot software, ensuring all use it and it is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Support marketing initiatives, working closely with a 3rd party consultant, to manage regular marketing initiatives and the company’s online and social media presence
  • Run the office administration, from managing incoming enquiries and allocating appropriately as well as ensuring supplies of office equipment are available and in good working condition
  • Co-ordinate boat show schedules including the effective running of the stand at relevant boat shows, making sure it represents our clients as they wish to be, signing off the use of contractors with the CEO’s agreement and ensuring it is fully manned throughout the Boat Show
  • Organise and schedule into the yearly calendar any local events or boat shows which our clients wishes to attend
