Key Responsibilities
- Managing all elements of the brand proposition
- Planning the annual private course bookings
- Overall management of the website
- Creating engaging, effective communications and across all marketing channels, including website, email, social media and PR appropriate for key customer segments
- Improving SEO to drive self-serve e-commerce sales
- Managing external marketing and web agency relationships
- Plan, develop and deliver promotional marketing campaigns
- Creating and maintaining relevant customer databases and email marketing
- Improving effective use of the CRM system and increasing the use of automation
- Building and managing relationships with local sailing clubs and non-educational organisations
- Measurement and reporting, including managing customer feedback, creating and implementing relevant recommendations
