We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer retention and maintain customer loyalty.

As our clients newest Customer Marketing Manager, based out in Sydney Australia, you will play a key part of the marketing team within the companies growth strategy moving forward. Our client currently services of over 40 countries in the regions of Europe, the America’s and the Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Leading the development of the one-to-one marketing strategy to achieve acquisition, retention, and cross-sell targets. 
  • Management and optimisation of CRM and email strategies to nurture and improve consumer engagement. Centralise the marketing email schedule and calendar to ensure communications timing is optimised. 
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and customer touch points. Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels. 
  • Champion and enhance the onsite customer experience in collaboration with our Customer Service, Product and IT teams. 
  • Lead the martech capabilities of the business to ensure we’re up to date with emerging capabilities from our existing marketing platforms and other technologies to meet business requirements. 
  • Set up of the customer lifecycle triggered comms and customer loyalty program. 
  • Managing agency relationships to produce and deliver high quality acquisition and retention campaigns. 
  • Reporting + Data analysis. Providing of reporting and recommendations and data analysis/insights reports to the Management team. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or relevant 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing/email marketing/CRM role 
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot and/or others, and marketing automation experience. Exposure to developing segments using CRM data. 
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor and/or others and experience in building and executing successful email marketing campaigns, driving online sales and customer acquisition and retention. 
  • Campaign management. Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns in a fast paced environment to achieve objectives and grow the database. 
  • Previous website optimization experience to improve the customer journey. 
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience building and managing dashboards and extracting valuable insights from Google Analytics and CRM Databases such as
