Our client is looking for a Marina & Boatyard Operative to join our team at Falmouth Marina. This role requires someone dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Key Qualifications:
- Proven customer service or customer-facing experience.
- Positive "can do" attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of boats and experience operating plant machinery (training provided if necessary).
- Full driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to marina users.
- Assisting with day-to-day marina and Boatyard operations.
