Job Title: Laminators (Infusion Experience – Contract)
 Location: Fareham
 Rate: £21 per hour
 Contract: Outside IR35
 Hours: 40–60 per week

We’re on the lookout for skilled Laminators with infusion experience to join a busy marine composites team in Hampshire.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working on composite laminating projects using infusion techniques

  • Preparing moulds, lay-up and infusion set-ups

  • Reading and working from technical drawings

  • Delivering high-quality finishes to meet project specifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven laminating experience, particularly in infusion methods

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

  • Reliability and flexibility to support overtime when needed

  • Previous marine or composites industry experience is highly desirable

What’s on offer:

  • £21 per hour – outside IR35

  • Weekly hours between 40–60

  • Long-term contract opportunities with immediate starts available
