- Apply layers of fiberglass, resin, and other composite materials to molds or hulls using wet lay laminating techniques.
- Consistently monitor the quality and consistency of lamination to meet design specifications.
- Assist in preparing molds, tools, and materials for lamination.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timelines are met while maintaining top-tier quality.
- Proven experience as a Wet Lay Laminator in the marine industry.
- Extensive knowledge of composite materials, resins, and laminating techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
