What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with vessel designers and clients to engineer innovative solutions for enhanced seakeeping.
  • Elevate brand recognition and product reputation through strategic sales initiatives, sparking customer interest.
  • Contribute to vessel motion control assessments, utilizing our in-house seakeeping simulation tools and delivering insightful reports.
  • Create compelling quotations, navigate competitive landscapes, and secure orders/contracts through adept negotiations.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with stakeholders, including Owners, Shipyards, Naval Architects, Captains, and Brokers.
  • Identify avenues for business expansion and provide valuable insights for product design and development.
  • Embark on international travel to engage with key clients, attend trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, visit summaries, and market assessments.
Your Profile:
  • Profound understanding of the B2B marine sector, with a preference for those with a technical sales background.
  • Bachelor’s degree in naval architecture, marine, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B roles within the marine industry.
  • Previous experience with vessel seakeeping assessments through simulations or model testing is advantageous.
  • Aptitude for comprehending product-based systems, spanning electronics, software, hydraulics, and mechanics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
