Our client is looking for their newest Internal Account Manager to support the growth of the business by working closely with their current account manager and outstanding clients to ensure a smooth sales and aftersales process.

A bit about the business – Founded 40 years ago they now have over 130 staff members in a number of specialist divisions based just North of Poole. With a strategic defined business plan of growth 2020-2025 they are well on the road to delivering these ambitious plans, as such as the number of client accounts increases from the current base the opportunity to grow alongside this is a definite for the right person, and the only reason the role is available is because of internal promotion so career development is absolutely forefront.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the account manager with conducting regular account reviews with key accounts
  • Providing ad-hoc updates/ information to customers regarding pricing, order status, tracking details and lead times and expediting, when necessary, along with general product information.
  • Fielding a variety of sales calls that come into the office, seeing them through to resolution or handing over to a colleague as appropriate.
  • Choosing a positive mindset in all circumstances, despite challenges.
  • Overseeing the day to day logistical and administrative support to include quality concerns, delivery and invoice issues should they arise.
  • Be the main point of contact for initial aftersales and warranty enquiries for key accounts
  • To be dependable/ personable / approachable / available for your accounts at all times.
  • To be a team player – demonstrating the character, competency and ability to connect with team members to drive successful outcomes.
Salary level range is from £25 - £35k with a comprehensive list of benefits and a bonus scheme paid monthly.
