This is a unique opportunity to gain experience and build a career into either HR or Marketing.  Taking the lead and being the focal point of contact for the external agencies and internal stake holders on various projects including recruitment and succession planning. 

Key responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for managers regarding a wide range of professional services queries. g., pay and benefit enquiries, company policy questions and day to day queries across the professional services side of the business.
  • Support managers with all aspects of recruitment including initiating recruitment within the HR system, coordinating interviews, processing contracts and supporting with the onboarding and new starter inductions.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the wider team across professional services.
  • Help develop and curate engaging content for the website, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Support in organizing and executing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Ideally the right candidate will be able to demonstrate a couple of years strong administrative experience. Marine experience is not essential, we are more focussed on the right type of person.
