So, whilst this role works alongside and as part of a dynamic strong SLT you will also be tasked with helping to ensure the companies’ ethos and protect its legacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a keen understanding of the range of products offering technical and customer sales support as required
  • Maintain exceptional communication and build keen relationships with our distributors and dealers worldwide to maintain individual sales plans with regular follow up, always seeking new business opportunities in core marine
  • Keep customers appraised of the company activities and endeavours for growing their markets and providing continuity with promotions and media plans sales visits to key distributors, making customer calls with them as necessary
  • To ensure staff are aware of sales efforts, of new customers and ventures so that pride in our brand and company are maintained
  • provide support and training to sales representatives, both at home and abroad
  • Responding to customer emails and telephone calls, where technical information, marketing and price information is required
  • Liaise on sales issues and follow-up with the customer service manager to ensure customer needs are being addressed
  • Working with the sales ambassador to assist operations and sales of the brand
  • Coordination, management and attendance with staff at Boat Shows and Trade Events which can involve weekend participation
