Making a difference…

The Andrew Simpson Foundation (ASF) is looking for a Head of Operations to join them. Sitting as part of the senior management team you will oversee the development and expansion of the charity's not-for-profit watersports centres and help drive ASF at both a strategic and operational level.

This is a hugely exciting new role with the chance to make a genuine impact. Transforming and changing the lives of tens of thousands of young people year on year through sailing.

Since the charity was founded in 2014, participant numbers have risen to over 30,000 participants through their five centres, ASC Performance Academy, and their newest venture Andrew Simpson Yachting within the last 12 months. The Foundation has ambitious plans to grow and expand and you will play a key part in ASF’s growth strategy and be pivotal to them realising these exciting ambitions.

As such you should be able to demonstrate significant achievements in growth, sustainability, and increased customer engagement in your previous roles either in or outside the watersports sector and also able to demonstrate the passion, drive and the ‘want’ to make a difference. Whilst there is no doubt this will be an extremely busy and multi-faceted role the rewards and job satisfaction of making that difference will be huge.
