We have a unique opportunity for a Head of an outdoor activity centre with a specialism in watersports. The centre is a registered charity that has a real passion for helping young people grow and develop though outdoor activities. They have a huge range of sports available from keel boat and dinghy sailing; canoeing and power boating; to climbing and archery. These courses are both on a residential and non residential basis.
The Role will involve:
The New Head of Centre is a critical role to the success of the charity as they will manage every aspect of the high calibre courses provided and contribute to the centre's strategics development in relation to outdoor and educational learning. The right candidate will hold a Current RYA Senior Sailing Instructor qualifications, have experience in the management/operations side of an outdoor activity centre, excellent communication skills and able to motivate and lead a team is essential as well as a passion for helping young people grown and develop through outdoor education.

- Planning, Marketing & Implementing the operation management of the centre
- Leading and motivating a busy team
- Developing the Centre offerings and range of programmes
- Ensuring operations procedure meet the required governing body standards
