The opportunity for an experienced GRP Finisher to join our clients team has arisen as part of the company’s ongoing development plan. 
 
Within in this high end boat building business, GRP Finishers work in a fast-paced environment conducting GRP Repairs and Finishing. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, diligent individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in related employment.
 
Role & Responsibilities
  • Using gel and fiberglass to complete both small and large repairs
  • Working to scheduled deadlines
  • Working directly with the Supervisor and with the team
  • Mould maintenance and minor alterations
  • Keeping a clean and tidy work area
 
Required Experience & Skills
  • GRP finishing experience
  • Colour macthing highly desireable
  • Working to a high standard
  • Working within set timescales
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a safe and productive manner
  • Superyacht tender experience a benefit
