A leading global brokerage and new craft sales brand are seeking a Head of Service to lead their service teams across Asia
Having grown from a one man band to a region-wide brand with a number of new boat brands and a busy used brokerage department, the company is now well known both in and out of Asia for the quality of their work and their ability to continue growing in a touch region and industry.
The business is now at a size that it needs a central individual to manage service and aftersales as a business unit. Reporting into the General Manager this role will come with the following duties:
- Oversight of all service activity across the group
- Growth of service and aftersales as a standalone business unit
- Training and development of staff to maintain dealer standards
- Introduction of a company wide standards scheme
- Development of opportunities both at brand and retrofit level.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual either already within the Asia region, or keen to move across from Europe. As an individual you will have worked up through the ranks to a 'Head of' or management level role, working across multiple sites to manage the service and aftersales of leisure craft. You will be strategical in your planning, identifying key opportunities and ensuring your staff accurately represent the business at all times. Please note that excellent technical knowledge and customer service skills are key.
