Due to a sustained period of growth we are delighted to be working exclusively with Lewmar on a number of opportunities within their Sales and Account Management team. Under the new stewardship of Lippert, it is an exciting time to be working at Lewmar.

Lippert are looking to recruit into their Sales Department a proactive individual in a newly created position Customer Support! This position will provide account support to key customers to allow for an enhanced customer experience and efficient service when dealing with Lippert Marine Group Europe.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating weekly customer reports
  • Support the account manager with conducting regular account reviews with key accounts
  • Providing ad-hoc updates/ information to customers regarding pricing, order status, tracking details and lead times and expediting when necessary, along with general product information.
  • Fielding a variety of sales calls that come into the office, seeing them through to resolution or handing over to a colleague as appropriate.
  • Choosing a positive mindset in all circumstances, despite challenges.
  • Overseeing the day to day logistical and administrative support to include quality concerns, delivery and invoice issues should they arise.
  • Be the main point of contact for initial aftersales and warranty enquiries for key accounts
  • To be dependable/ personable / approachable / available for your accounts at all times.
  • To be a team player – demonstrating the character, competency and ability to connect with team members to drive successful outcomes.
 
Skills & Competencies Required
-             Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills are essential)
-             Experience working with an ERP system is preferable.
-             Excellent communication both internally and externally (written and verbal).
-             A foreign language would be a benefit but not essential
-             Have the ability to prioritise time effectively and meet set deadlines
-             Have a good telephone manor
 
Reporting to the Sales manager, the Account support role is responsible for overseeing the day to day needs of the customer for order and logistical support. They must ensure customer service is of the highest standard and strive to enhance the customer experience when dealing with Lippert Marine Group Europe.
