We are looking for a branch manager to join the team for one of the marine industries leading brands in equipment distribution. Through strategic acquisitions and organic growth the organisation has developed to not just in the marine sector but also into other industries, as such we are happy to look at backgrounds both inside and outside of marine. This role is mostly B2B sales with the opportunity to spend some time on the road meeting with customers!

Key responsibilities
- Responsible for obtaining and actively maintaining relationships with long term key customers by comprehending their requirements, whilst playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day running of the store
- Proactively manages and reviews the performance and progress of their team, sets objectives and targets; develop individual training plans.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures.
- Interact with customers to offer guidance, point out products, and assist them in making purchasing decisions
