We’re recruiting for Boatyard Administrator at one of the South Coast’s most prominent boatyard facilities, ideally situated in the heart of Portsmouth Harbour.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic coastal environment and thrives on the challenge of keeping schedules, systems, and services running efficiently. If you have a strong background in administration and scheduling — and ideally, some familiarity with boats or marine operations — this could be an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily boatyard schedule, including lift-outs, launches, and boat movements
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, contractors, and marina staff
- Ensure accurate and timely use of boatyard management software
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for bookings, invoicing, and service requests
- Assist with customer service both in person and via phone/email
