In this role, you will help customers find their ideal boat, guiding them through the buying process with expert advice and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, understanding their boating needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate a variety of boats, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Conduct sea trials and boat showings for potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Handle sales transactions and related documentation efficiently.
- Participate in boat shows and promotional events.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the marine industry.
- Knowledge and passion for boats and boating.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license (there may be some travel to different boatshow locations); a boating license is a plus.
