Our client is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their team. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to dive into the world of marine sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Product Pricing and Marketing Materials: Collaborate with directors to create and update product price lists and point-of-sale materials.
  • Sales Support: Manage the production of boat sale contracts and handle invoicing for all sales transactions.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support throughout the sales process and aftersales.
  • Event Participation: Assist in organizing and attending boat shows and other events.
  • Customer Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive customer database across various product groups.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and update the company's social media presence, creating proposal documents to enhance online visibility.
  • Website Management: Work with the sales director to expand listings, maintain the company website, and increase the inventory of boats under brokerage. Regularly update the website with new boat listings and remove outdated ones.
