Role Overview

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities, with responsibilities ranging from supporting service and maintenance teams to assisting with installations. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment efficiency, adhering to strict safety standards.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing marine electronics installations.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.
  • Support service and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Handle clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support project timelines and optimize operational workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in Administration
