Due to an internal promotion, our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their close-knit team at a premier refit and repair facility in Hamble. In this role you will get to work a real variety of projects from a simple engine service through to a full Yacht refit - being Customer focused estimating and quoting on works and then overseeing and facilitating all works scheduled through to a successful outcome.

- Conduct site visits and client meetings to identify project scope and ensure correct equipment specification.
- Estimate costs for labour and materials, and manage resources and subcontractors effectively.
- Oversee project quality, provide interim reports to clients, and handle sea trials when necessary.
- Manage invoicing and after sales queries, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in a similar role within the marine industry, particularly in yacht refit and repair.
- Technical knowledge of on-board systems for both power and sail.
- Organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Valid UK driver’s license.
