We are looking for Principal Civil Engineer to join our client’s rapidly expanding and ambitious team to work on contract design and other exciting innovative projects.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Technical knowledge of Maritime contract projects or other Civil secotr projects that are transferable with a keen interest in moving to the maritime industry.
You will be working on projects such as breakwaters, deep water structures, commercial & residential developments on or by the water, tidal power schemes, pier construction and repair, and port construction and repair among other civil maritime projects.

Experience with:
- Contract detailed design
- Structural calculations
- Delivering a package of information
- Feasibility studies
- Provide technical expertise to ensure reports are accurate, understandable for all levels.
- Inspection and following up with recommended remedial and replacement work
- Assisting with drafting and presenting proposals to new and existing clients.
- Working closely with our clients partner company identify thier needs and maximise on expertise to meet those needs.
- Manage client expectations and keep them informed along the journey.
- Be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and payments.
- A passion or interest relating to the marine environment.
- A Civil Engineering Degree (or similar).
