PA/Office Manager - Yacht Design Studio
Operating in the Ultra High Net Worth Market, the studio is long established and employs around 40 highly skilled staff to produce some of the most exciting interior and exterior projects in the industry. With an incredibly busy schedule, the directors are regularly travelling, mainly across Europe, to meet clients and check the status of projects, so the need for a skilled PA is paramount.
Duties for this business critical role (responsibility for 2 Directors) will include:
- Personal and Professional diary management
- Processing of expenses
- Travel Management
- Organisation of events, presentations and client meetings
- General office management
As an individual you will need have previously held a similar role within a high end business and be capable of dealing both internally and externally at the highest of standards. With exceptional phone, face to face and email skills, you will able to multitask and organise a wide range of duties for the directors. Strong IT skills are also a prerequisite.
The role will offer a great salary and benefits package that will include a generous holiday allowance over the Christmas break.
The role is based in Richmond, SW London but may include some light travel within Europe.
