The Role:
You’ll be carrying out mechanical and/or electrical repairs and maintenance on a wide range of leisure boats, engines, and associated marine systems – both on-site and off-site. Day-to-day tasks include fault diagnosis, reviewing schematics, ordering parts, and ensuring all works are carried out to a high standard of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical and electrical fault-finding and repairs
- Routine servicing and maintenance of boats and marine engines
- Consulting schematics and technical manuals
- Ordering and fitting replacement parts
- Travelling to off-site locations when required (company vehicle provided)
- Previous mechanical or engineering experience (marine industry a bonus)
- Methodical and practical with strong problem-solving skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence – essential
