Marine Resources is recruiting for a Manufacturing Administrator with a specialism in data analyst for a permanent position in Oundle, Peterborough.

MAIN DUTIES

•Collecting and analysing production data, identifying trends and patterns.

•Creating and updating KPI graphs, reports and management/board packs on behalf of the Operations Director.

•Assisting with the development and administration of Standard Operating Procedures.

•Assisting with introduction of Job Costing and reporting on the data it generates.

•Collating and reporting of compliance with 5S by boat line.

•Preparing visuals and updating production boards for each boat line.

•Collating booked and clocked hours for Boat Builders, providing a summary for each of the Production Managers.

•Confirming JAMAD completion status, recording completed tasks and any concerns raised by the Team Leaders.

•Maintaining overtime authorisation records and tallying with timesheets, reporting any anomalies.

•Completing BOM adjustments as requested by the Team Leaders.

•Assisting with developing robust procedures to support the department and assisting with implementation and monitoring of change.

•Other general administrative and reporting tasks to support the busy production team.

•Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.

•Complying with and upholding Company policies and procedures.

•Undertaking any additional tasks as may be required from time to time.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•Knowledge & Skills

-Excellent analytical ability towards solving production-related concerns.

-Excellent Computer skills in Microsoft Office and business information systems.

-Previous administration experience.

•Experience

-Previous experience of working in a manufacturing related industry is preferred.

•Education & Training

-Educated to at least GCSE level with Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).

-A business administration (or similar) qualification would be an advantage.
