My client is offering a friendly work environment and a rewarding admin position within a really exciting marine business.

for this position you will be responsible for arranging global travel and accommodation for a team of surveyors, to enable them to carry out any surveys/jobs.

You will also be responsible for processing the reports from those surveys and liaising with the Client.
This includes proof reading and adding appendices.

You will need to ensure tasks are prioritised and must have a high level of attention to detail.
This position is within a small, busy and friendly team and your duties will include but not limited to:

• Create new Jobs folders at on instructions of job
• Update job log during the duration of the job
• Make necessary arrangements for staff global travel, including flights and hotel accommodation
• To organise and maintain a filing system for all administrative duties
• Taking calls into the office
• Holiday cover for other members of the Admin Team
• Other Ad Hoc admin task as directed by Administration and Operations Manager

Essential Skills:

• Strong IT skills and conversant in Microsoft packages with high emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent Internet navigation
• Excellent communication skills- ability to write, speak and listen effectively
• Ability to remain professional at all times
• Ability to prioritise workloads and multi task
• Educated to at least a C grade at A' Level standard in English
• Methodical in your approach to work
• Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management
• Accuracy when constructing emails
• Strong attention to detail
