International Sales Manager

Summary
Our client is looking to expand their Sales team to further develop and grow their market share in the 60ft + yacht sector. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of sales targets and international dealer development. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience of selling motor yachts in the 60ft + sector. A passion for the luxury yachts sector, a can-do attitude and a clear understanding of this segment of the market will be essential.

Working with the Managing Director the Sales Manager will liaise directly with Dealers and their high net worth clients, the role will require an end to end service in developing and delivering the sales of yachts. This will also include working closely with the production and after sales departments to manage the bespoke requirements and expectations of the clients through the sales process. International travel will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
·Delivery of the 60ft + Yachts sales targets globally
·Work with Managing Director to identify opportunities and expand the Dealer Network
·Provide sales presence at global brand events and exhibitions as required
·Provide sales training as required to the dealer network, sharing best practice and standards
·Accountable for strategic input to and the delivery of the annual sales plan
·Maintain and develop key relationships within the business and dealer network

Requirements
·Highly effective communicator
·Proven sales and sales management experience in the 60ft + sector
·Clear understanding of the larger yachts sector
·Strong presentation skills
·Ability to travel for periods of time
·Exemplary administration and organisational skills
Sales
Managing the sales process of each yacht either to the dealer or customer direct.
Liaising with production to ensure the customers specification is delivered.
Liaising with accounts to ensure stage payments are received on time.
Liaising with after sales to ensure the correct documentation is supplied with each yacht.
Liaising with after sales to hand over each yacht.
Organising shipping of yachts to dealers/customers.

Dealers
Developing the dealer network.
Managing/training the current dealer network, developing targets and reward scheme.
Negotiating annual marketing budgets and renewing dealer agreements.

Shows
Liaising with the marketing team to organise international boat shows.
Attend international boat shows
Organising and presenting of new models to the dealer network/media.
