Duty Manager (Marina)

Our client, a prestigious Marina company on the south coast are on the lookout for someone who is able to manage a team while delivering exceptional customer service. Previous Marine experience is not essential so this is a great opportunity to work in this interesting industry. To succeed in this role you’ll need to have worked in a management position, be able to stay calm under pressure, make smart decisions on the fly, and come up with creative solutions to challenges as they arise and have health and safety knowledge/experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marina Manager: Assist in managing the site efficiently and safely, aligning with the company's mission.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Ensure top-notch customer service and continuously help to improve facilities to meet company standards.
- Duty Manager Rotation: Take on the role of Duty Manager on a rotational basis, leading by example.
- Boost Marina Utilization: Promote and maximize the use of marina facilities, driving profitability across all revenue streams.
- Staff Development: promote teamwork and communicate business changes to the team effectively.
