Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with boat owners and charter clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored charter solutions.
- Listing Management:
- Curate and manage boat listings on the platform.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information, including pricing and availability.
- Booking Coordination:
- Facilitate the booking process from inquiry to confirmation.
- Coordinate with boat owners to ensure seamless charter experiences.
- Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Contribute to the development of pricing and marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in yacht or boat chartering is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and geography is a plus.
