We are working with a client who are looking to expand their after-sales team and recruit an after sales coordinator based in their office in Hamble. The right candidates will join a team at one of the largest yacht brokerages in Europe where the aim is to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, in the delivery of after-sales support - always looking to exceed expectations, providing a solution and turning this round with professionalism. 

You will have:
  • Recent and relevant experience of After-sales/Warranty within the marine leisure industry.
  • Knowledge of boat repair/warranty issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, and determination to follow a point to conclusion.
  • Ability to use own initiative as well as work as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills, ability to use multiple systems.
  • Hard working team player, upbeat and energetic.
