James founded the business in 2003 whilst working in the marine industry as a boatbuilder - having recognised the need for a specialist leisure marine recruitment company with the ability to speak with clients and candiates at an industry and technical level. James has maintained this ethos ever since, whilst maintaining his passion to deliver a personalised service of excellence and honesty to meet the needs of every individual client.
