​Ben's interest in the water began in Northern Ireland, where he sailed from a young age, igniting his passion for the marine industry. Growing up always on the water and surrounded by boats, he was inspired to pursue a career in maritime. He has since developed his knowledge of the marine industry through his initial work, where he built superyachts, and by continuing to sail regularly. Currently, Ben is a valued member of the Marine Resources - Skilled Trades team, working as a Resources Consultant.
