With the 2017 Boat Builder Awards being another incredible success, leading leisure marine and luxury yacht recruitment agency Marine Resources is proud to announce they are once again sponsoring the award for ‘Best Apprenticeship or Training Scheme’ at the 2018 Boat Builder Awards.
The winners will be announced on Tuesday 13th November, at the prestigious annual Awards Gala Dinner attended by some of the best known boat building brands in the world. The awards are held during the 2018 METSTRADE Show in the National Maritime Museum, Amsterdam.
The award for Best Apprenticeship or Training Scheme will highlight the exceptional work carried out by many international boat builders in developing essential skills for new and existing employees and partners.
Managing Director, James Ward, says ‘At Marine Resources Recruitment we are proud to play a major role in recruiting for leading boat builders, including the Superyacht sector, and this award highlights the excellent work these companies undertake, in helping develop essential skills in trades such as carpentry, GRP laminating, deck fitting and plumbing to name a few. We hope this award helps to promote these training and apprenticeship schemes, and in turn encourage more young people to consider a career within the boat building and marine industry.’
Nominations for the Best Apprenticeship or Training Scheme can be submitted here until 21st September 2018.
