We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Shipwright who has a brand range of carpentry skills, ranging from interior fit out, exterior and teak decking to join a busy yard specialising in wooden classics.

Working on a variety of vessels, indulging dinghies, sailing yachts and cruisers you will be a skilled craftsperson with a passion for wooden boat building skilled in basic teak work to full rip out/refit projects.

You will be part of a small team of marine enthusiasts and a key member of the business as they go from strength to strength during this busy period of growth.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Experience of working in the marine industry
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Good team player and excellent communicator.
• Enjoy problem solving & variety to their working day
• Understanding of quality processes.
• Ability to listen, understand & follow instructions.

Salary is dependant on experience and hours are a negotiable.

This is a full time permanent position based in East Meon, Hampshire.
