We’re looking for an experienced Sales and Customer services coordinator to join a team of passionate employees. 
 
This truly integral role within the company the right candidate will need to have the ability liaise with many departments and getting to meet all the different people who work together to push the company towards its objective. You will need to be an organised and detailed-oriented person loves being in, on or around the water, sailing, paddling, boating and have a passion for our natural environment.

Responsibilities  
 
- Customer obsessed - listening and understanding customers 
- Take ownership of the centralised communication to and from the global trade (B2B) network – this includes but is not limited to Holland/UK/Poland and the Americas.
- Oversee a global sales and customer service team with regular communication 
- Supporting the external sales team (BDM) with adhoc requests 
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success 
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner 
- Report on the status of accounts and identify trends within your customers (eg trends in product sales, trends in stock levels, trends in pricing feedback) 
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts) 
- Review and evaluate sales and customer service processes, including warranty and return processes 
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth 
 
 
Requirements 
 
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customer relationship management 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Proficient in Microsoft excel with experiencing using ERP systems 
- Data analysis and commercial reporting skills.
- Sailing experience, or knowledge of the sailing and yachting market will be preferred 
- Some flexibility to work outside normal office hours
