Operations Manager 

Are you a strategic operator with a passion for luxury, travel, and building world‑class teams? Our client is expanding rapidly and is looking for an Operations Manager to help shape the next phase of growth. Based across Dubai, Monaco, and London, you’ll work directly with the Group CEO to streamline operations, elevate performance, and drive global alignment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire international teams across operations, sales, and marketing.
• Build and refine SOPs that support scale, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
• Run structured team meetings and ensure clarity around goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Drive operational initiatives that support ambitious growth targets.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver operational strategy.
• Strengthen cross‑border communication and ensure seamless global coordination.
• Track performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Strong operational leadership experience in a corporate or high‑growth setting.
• Background in luxury sectors; yachting or Formula 1 exposure is a major plus.
• Proven ability to build processes, scale teams, and support entrepreneurial environments.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments.
